Protect Your Warranty
Make sure you always buy from an authorized Genesis dealer and SEND IN your warranty registration. If you are not sure that a dealer is authorized, please check the Dealer List on this website or call us.
After you have purchased any Genesis product, check the unit to determine whether the factory serial number may have been altered. If you suspect your Genesis product has an altered serial number call Genesis at +1-206-762-8383 or E-mail our customer service – service @ genesisloudspeakers.com
Any Genesis products that have been purchased from an UNAUTHORIZED dealer (including, but not limited to a traditional storefront retailer, mail order outlet, or online dealer), OR if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or replaced in any way, WILL NOT be honored or serviced under the existing Genesis warranty policy.
Pre-Owned Genesis products will come with an original Warranty Registration from the previous owner(s) and you MUST obtain this Warranty Certificate in order to obtain warranty service.
Genesis is aware of instances in which such serial number tampering has occurred by unauthorized dealers and/or their suppliers, in an attempt to prevent us from tracing the supplier source.
Genesis sells premium products only through authorized retail channels to ensure that Genesis customers get quality pre-sale and after-sale support and service.
