UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES

Any Genesis products that have been purchased from an UNAUTHORIZED dealer (including, but not limited to traditional storefront retailer, mail order outlet, or online dealer) -OR- if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or replaced in any way, WILL NOT be honored or serviced under the existing Genesis warranty policy.

Pre-Owned Genesis products will come with an original Warranty Registration from the previous owner(s) and you MUST obtain this Warranty Certificate in order to obtain warranty service.

SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICING

Because states and cities in the USA have varying sales tax, the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices listed in the US are stated without Sales Tax. In other countries, VAT is usually included in the price quoted. Hence, Genesis proposes a Suggested Retail Price for export countries which typically includes airfreight and transport costs, and VAT/GST. This makes for fair business practices: a customer flying to the US to make a personal purchase, then privately importing the product to his own country will likely end up paying the same price, but without the benefit of local warranty and service. Please inquire with your local dealer / distributor if you have any questions.
