Genesis Original Parts purchased from an authorized dealer or directly from the factory are warranted under normal use to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from receipt.

Returns: Returns must be accompanied by a RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number which can be obtained by calling Genesis. Standard return charges are cost of shipping plus a 15% re-stocking fee. Custom orders may not be returned.

A previous company, Genesis Physics also made loudspeakers under the “Genesis” brand from 1975 to 1987. That company is not associated with the current Genesis Advanced Technologies, but parts and service may be available from www.humanspeakers.com.​
